Year End Reporting Handbook
CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND
The New OFNLP General Partner Limited ("New GP") receives and reviews financial information received from Partners and undertakes compliance activities annually. These activities undertaken to gather information on whether the Formula Share of Net Cash provided to each Partner is expended for the Approved Purposes intended, and whether all other terms and conditions of the Agreements are met.
SCOPE OF HANDBOOK
This handbook applies to all Partners receiving a Formula Share of Net Cash from Ontario First Nations (2008) Limited Partnership ("OFNLP2008 "). The purpose of this Handbook is to summarize the key reporting obligations of each Limited Partner and the General Partner.
