Ontario First Nations (2008) Limited Partnership ("OFNLP2008 ") is a special entity established in 2008 to distribute the funds it receives from the Gaming Revenue Sharing and Financial Agreement to the First Nation Partners and deal with related matters. OFNLP2008 represents the Ontario First Nations that have signed on as Limited Partners.
Our Mandate
“To monitor, receive, administer and distribute the gaming revenues received from the Province of Ontario and to perform other related functions, on behalf of and for the benefit of all of the First Nations in Ontario and, in doing so, to exercise all powers in a reasonable and responsible manner.”
