At the February 7, 2008 Special Partners Meeting, Extraordinary Resolution #09/08 [Formal Agreements with Ontario] was passed authorizing the execution of the Formal Agreements. On behalf of Ontario, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (”OLG”) signed the Gaming Revenue Sharing and Financial Agreement on February 19, 2008.
